01Sand moulding produces strong, dimensionally accurate moulds. The process gives repeatable surface finish and durability across both one-off and batch castings.
02A 400 kg capacity induction furnace (Oritech Solutions) handles the melt. A Tea Pot Ladle system draws metal from below the surface, leaving slag behind so castings pour free of impurities.
03An automated gas-fired furnace runs controlled heat treatment cycles. Rapid quenching with vigorous agitation and continuous water cooling develops the mechanical properties demanded by our specialized castings.


04Fettling, grinding and CNC machining are all carried out in-house. Castings leave the works as finished, ready-to-install components, with no outside processing required.
05A Spectrocheck spectrometer (Amitech, Germany) analyses the full ferrous alloy chemistry of each heat. Results are recorded against a heat number so the exact composition of every casting can be traced.
06A dedicated in-house generator provides seamless backup power, so melting, moulding and machining continue without interruption during grid outages, keeping production and delivery schedules on track.
